As the Operations Specialist at RUMA Collective, Alexis Jayde blends their artistic sensibilities with expertise in organization and problem-solving, building systems that nurture collaboration and empower artists to flourish.

Drawing on their experience as a fat, Black, queer, and trans creative, they are committed to cultivating inclusive environments and supporting others through mutual aid and community organizing.
